Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our cheesecakes, we only offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged or spoiled. Please review the guidelines below:

Eligibility
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number and clear photos showing the damage or spoilage.

How to Request

  1. Email cuzabake@gmail.com with “Refund Request” in the subject line.

  2. Include your order number, delivery date, and photos.

  3. Tell us whether you’d prefer a refund to your original payment method or a replacement cake.

Processing
We’ll review your request within 24 hours of receipt.
Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days.

Exclusions
Change-of-mind requests (e.g. you simply decided you don’t want it) are not refundable.
Cakes handled improperly after delivery (e.g. left unrefrigerated beyond 2 hours) are not covered.
