Welcome to CUZA (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and ordering of our Basque cheesecakes (the “Products”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Ordering & Payment

1. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, inaccuracies in pricing, or suspected fraud.

3. Payment must be made at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards and other methods as displayed on the Site.

4. Prices are quoted in USD and do not include shipping costs, taxes, or duties, which will be added at checkout.

Delivery

1. We deliver Products same day to ensure freshness. Estimated delivery time are provided but not guaranteed.

2. If a Product is damaged during transit, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.

Refunds & Returns

1. Due to the perishable nature of our Products, refunds or exchanges are provided only if the Product arrives damaged or spoiled.

2. To request a refund, email cuzabake@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with order number and photo evidence.

3. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Intellectual Property

1. All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned or licensed by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Products.

2. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product in question.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
